King kino said next week Savoir Faire will be served with court papers because Savoir Faire has no legal rights nor contract to reproduce or rerelease Phantoms’ work, Kino stated if Foe has any legal papers for that then he should bring them forward.
When Jensen contacted Foe on this issue yesterday Foe told Jensen that Jean-Max gave the ok to release the Troubadour but when I spoke to Jean-Max this morning, he told me that he found out from Lemy yesterday that Savoir Faire had released the cd and that he has no idea what Foe is talking about.
Kino is also asking the fans not to buy any Phantoms’ product with Savoir Fair logo on it and if he finds any other record stores selling them they will also have to deal with the law.
The owners of Savoire Faire, the Executive Producer of this CD, said yesterday that Jensen owes him a lot of money and it is the reason that this CD is out. The owner also showed the trademark Savoire Faire on all Phantoms’ CDs. Jensen’s brother Wescott and he said the same thing that they did not authorize the release
Foe has allegedly re-released the Pa Bouge album and Resurrection double cd album also without the band’s knowledge.
