As time goes by and communication with Haiti gradually improves, the news of earthquake-related casualties continues to emerge. Many of us have family and friends in Haiti, and the anxiety of not being able to reach them is overwhelming. Personally, I have yet to get through to any of my relatives, but I hope that some of you have been more successful in making contact.
In the entertainment world, news of injuries or fatalities among public figures tends to spread rapidly. Reports have surfaced that Gracia Delva is severely injured following the collapse of Hotel Montana. Additionally, rapper Jimmy O remains missing. Sadly, we have also learned that Nouvel Jenerasyon Records producer and promoter, Joubert Charles, may have perished in the disaster.
