Ralph Delly opened up the press conference by sending a message to all media, especially the Internet ones:
“I want the media to try to educate the public, especially those on the Internet, it is your role to analyze the new releases by the band, you have to help guide public opinion. If you follow certain message boards, I’m not going as far as saying it is a detriment to the industry, but a lot of negative comments that are said with no good merit can break a band; it is up to the media to alert the public when someone comes with that intention. Of course, the public has the right to give an opinion, but a lot of times, those opinions has nothing to do with the product, but just an overzealous fan of another band that might just want to do damage the rivalry band.
The official reviews by the media should be the balance that differentiates a fan’s review and an official partial review by a web administrator.
