Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen cut-leaf spinach
  • ½ cup frozen cut-leaf kale
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 ½ cup alkaline water

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the spinach, yogurt, pineapple, avocado, and green tea. Blend 1–2 min., until smooth. Add more green tea to adjust consistency as desired. Divide between 2 glasses.
