- ½ cup frozen cut-leaf spinach
- ½ cup frozen cut-leaf kale
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 ½ cup alkaline water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the spinach, yogurt, pineapple, avocado, and green tea. Blend 1–2 min., until smooth. Add more green tea to adjust consistency as desired. Divide between 2 glasses.
