Haitian Spaghetti

Haitian Spaghetti is one of the most popular dishes in Haiti’s households today. Not only it’s a great dish to make but also the price it cost to make it helps households with their domestic economy. Main Ingredients

  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 4 fillet smoked herring (links/fillet)
  • 3 links Italian sausage

Fresh & Dry Spices

  • 3 sprig parsley (fresh)
  • 1 whole green bell pepper (dice)
  • 1 whole red bell peppers (dice)
  • 1 whole onion (dice)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper (fine)
  • 1 cube Maggie
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
