Rodrigue Milien, a seminal figure in Haitian music and member of the band Phantoms, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the Fountainhead Care Center in North Miami, where he had been residing for about ten years. Milien, born on October 27, 1946, in Port-au-Prince, began his artistic career in 1968 and was well-known for his contributions to the music scene over several decades.
