PASKA, who was born, Pascalin Mareck Smith, grew up in the city of Les Cayes where he began to make his talent known to those around him. Born in Haiti to a Haitian-American father and a Congolese mother, Paska is not the only artist in his family, his cousin Audelair Toussaint, guitarist, introduced him to the guitar and gave him his first piano.

Paska completed all of his studies at the Brother Odile College of the Brothers of Christian Instruction. Despite his life as a management student at Quisqueya University, Pascalin always finds time for his hobby. Former backing vocalist of the group Enposib during live performances, Paska truly launched his career in 2017 with Baxx Entertainment. He begins by remixing successful songs. “These covers were only a strategy to make me discover by the public”.
Her first video clip single Bina boye, which translates “Danser comme ça” into Congolese, is a tribute to her late Congolese mother and her African roots. Indeed, the native of Gemini is the son of a Congolese and a Haitian. And he dedicates his love to these two cultures. Hence this tube which combines both Haitian culture and Congolese culture. “Bina boye” is also a good start for Paska who once again proves his talent, but this time on his own composition.
