Lil ‘Peter real name Peterson Colas was born in Cap Haitien to a Capoise mother and a Jeremien father, leaving his hometown at the age of 11 to go live with his father in Jérémie after the death of his mom.
Although he considered Jérémie as his hometown, Cap-Haitien never left his heart, he marked his time just like many other young Capois who evolved with him and who are now very known in Haitian music as : Toby Anbakè, Manno Beats, Legendary, Braker Beats to name a few. This is why he hopes that with music, he will be able to find the lost links with the city and create many new links with the people who listen to him.
The artist, known as Lil ‘Peter, sings different types of music, but more inclined to R&B / Rap / Afro and Dancehall. Because the city where he lives does not have the infrastructure, he prefers to enter Port-au-Prince to make music and continue his studies in business management.
For him, music is the weapon of liberation, the instrument he uses to put young people on the right track. And this is evidenced by one of his songs entitled “Nap Rive”.
The artist has many other talents such as graphic designers, producers, beat-maker and more. His talents have allowed him to work with many people like Miss Boss, Edouart-e-Design, Zaktouch, Belo, Toby Anbakè and many other artists in the field. But he prefers to focus on music because it is easier to reach people with him.
