Pierre, Cadelouse

INFORMATION

Cadelouse Pierre was born on August 8, 1993, in Haiti to parents Cadet and Velouse Pierre. Raised in a musical household—her mother sang and her father played the guitar—she developed a deep love for music early on. At the age of 14, she moved to the United States, eventually settling in Florida, where she has lived for over fifteen years.

Growing up, Cadelouse nurtured her passion for singing in church choirs and family gatherings, although she only discovered her talent for songwriting in 2022. She credits her Haitian roots and influential artists like Beyoncé, Emeline Michel, and Rutshelle Guillaume for inspiring her to merge soulful melodies with Haitian kompa rhythms.

Cadelouse’s world took a transformative turn when a friend introduced her to Klass, one of the top-rated Haitian bands (HMI) of the past decade. Invited to audition during a rehearsal, she impressed band members with her passion, energetic style, and stage presence, earning a spot on the spot as a backup singer. Since then, she has enjoyed one of the biggest breakouts of her career, rapidly gaining recognition within the Haitian Music Industry (HMI).

Despite primarily singing backup, Cadelouse’s lively performances, provocative outfits, and sensual dance moves have made her a fan favorite and a standout member of the group. She has not yet performed her own track under the Klass banner, but she is featured on a forthcoming single and music video, signaling her official transition into the spotlight.

Cadelouse describes her vocal style as soulful and emotionally driven. When on stage, she channels her otherwise shy personality into an electrifying performance persona. This blend of reserved offstage demeanor and bold stage presence has become part of her unique appeal. In interviews, she emphasizes her commitment to perfecting each performance—reviewing footage to identify mistakes and refine her craft.

Beyond her musical aspirations, Cadelouse is also pursuing nursing studies. Juggling demanding coursework with Klass’s rigorous rehearsal and touring schedule has taught her the importance of time management. She typically devotes weekdays to school, errands, and personal wellness, saving weekends for travel and performances. Although the workload is intense, Cadelouse views singing as both a passion and a form of release—an escape from everyday pressures.

Since discovering her songwriting abilities, Cadelouse has been working steadily to hone her craft. She intends to release more original tracks and collaborate closely with Klass, sharing her vision of modern Haitian kompa and showcasing Haitian music on the global stage. She believes that with passion, discipline, and persistence, any dream can be realized in time.

Though she acknowledges she has a “long way to go” before calling herself successful, Cadelouse remains determined to defy expectations. She hopes her story—a journey from a Haitian teenager newly arrived in America to a rising star in one of the HMI’s foremost bands—inspires young artists to chase their passions, even when juggling school or other commitments.

Fans eager to follow Cadelouse’s musical evolution can expect new songs, more captivating performances, and continued surprises, both in the recording studio and on stage. Whether belting out backup harmonies for Klass or stepping center stage for her own tracks, Cadelouse Pierre promises to remain a dynamic force in Haitian music for years to come.
