Born in Miragôane, Haiti, Mistah Guich’ was raised by both parents and had a normal childhood. Nevertheless, his parents hoped to offer their family better opportunities and then decided to move to Paris, where Mistah Guich’ then discovered his true passion. The family therefore settled in the town of Bobigny, capital of the Seine Saint-Denis department, in the Paris region. From the age of 17, Mistah Guich’ learned guitar and writing. He is now an accomplished Hip Hop artist mastering the art of storytelling. Mistah Guich’ indeed has a lively imagination and a creative energy that he also uses to write his songs. His goal is to soothe the soul of the person who listens to him through his words, his music, his sweet voice or any other tool that God has chosen to put at his disposal to fulfill his vocation.
Set to release his debut album, “Just a man,” under Hideousman Entertainment, Inc., this dynamic entertainer is more than ready to give his best on stage and on the airwaves. With a well-balanced mix of Hip Hop, R&B, Pop melodies and a well-crafted production, this album is sure to live up to the expectations of critics and fans alike.
In collaboration with his American and French teams, Mistah Guich’ succeeded in creating a unique sound and feeling for his musical works. For example, his first single, “C’est Fini” (in collaboration with Gyl’s), is a good illustration of Mistah Guich’s refinement in his art, marked by great vocal diversity and unparalleled production. “Naisha” (in collaboration with No, Peggy Yanga & Gyl’s), is another very beautiful song in which he reveals a clean, very bubbly, refined and enriched voice at its best.
The album is faithful to the charismatic and mysterious character of an artist all in humility. We explore all the facets of Mistah Guich’ including his playful, teasing and sometimes shy side in “Tokyo Bound” (in collaboration with Dionte).
