Sing at Compas Festival

The Haitian Compas Festival is gearing up to be more exciting than ever. We are hosting a Singing Contest to choose the person who will sing the Haitian National Anthem at the 18th Annual haitian Compas Festival on Saturday, May 21, 2016.
All you have to do is post a video of yourself on instagram and hashtag #SingAtCompasFest by April 15, 2016. During 10 days we will be posting 3 top finalists that the public can like on @compasfestival Instagram page. Then on April 25, 2016 we will choose a winner.
We encourage everyone to participate for your shot at being on the biggest stage in Haitian Music.

The Haitian Compas Festival is looking for Haiti’s next breakout artist. If you think you’ve got what it takes to sing Haiti’s National Anthem in front of a crowd of thousands at the 18th Annual Haitian Compas Festival than its time to press record.
Record a 15 second snippet of you singing La Dessalinienne and hashtag #SingatCompasFest and get ready to the hit the stage. We will pick 3 finalists and the public will help us decide.

Contest Rules:
Contests starts Today, March 3, 2016
Cut off Date is April 15, 2016
Must be 18 or older to participate
Must be able to Travel
Winner will be announced on April 25, 2016
Winner will receive travel and Hotel Accommodations (for non local winner) They will get an All Access Pass to the 18th Annual Haitian Compas Festival and they will win a Cash Prize of $1000
