The former lead singer of Top Vice, Freddy is going to venture on with the name Top Vice. In an attempt to regain the notable status of the former group, he joined forces with the renown, Tuco Bouzi, former drums player of Dixie Band.

During a recent interview with Sony Belanfom, Freddy explained the reason Top Vice members parted ways. He stated that it all began when he convinced the band to form a corporation. He explained to band members how beneficial it would be for all members. Freddy stated that when the band initially became a corporation, everyone was content with the decision due to the fact that they can make or borrow money just like any legitimate business. However, a year later they no longer wanted to renew the license. He said that both Charlot and Martino turned against him and attempted to extract him from the band. Consequently, he sought his lawyer and was told that they couldn’t do it. As a result, he now owns the legal rights to the name, Top Vice and is moving on with the band and they have a new album due to be released in the very near future.

Tuco also had an opportunity to express his opinion about joining Top Vice. He stated that he is thrilled for having been chosen to be part of the band. Tuco recorded the hits song “Lolita”.

Freddy did send out a word of advice to all band members, “Whatever band you join, make sure they’re legal and you have your name on paper, “paske ti neg mechan”.
